Mr. Niranjan Mohapatra is a Librarian & a young LIS Professional. Formerly worked in Nabarushna Choudhury Centre for Development Study (NCDS), Bhubaneswar (www.ncds.nic.in) which an ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) Institute collaboration with Govt. of Odisha. He qualified UGC NET and eligible for Assistant Professor in Library & Information Science. He is a research scholar at LIS Dept. of Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He is the founder, designer of DrlibSc's blog (www.drlibsc.blogspot.in) a professional blog for Library and Information Science (LIS) professionals to share information. He has more than 14 years professional experience in Academic Library Systems. Previously he had worked at G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida; SRIRAM Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. He is an academic counselor for for IGNOU BLIS courses at IGNOU study centre at KIIT Bhubaneswar.
